1. Take1000g of pork belly and cut it into pieces of braised pork.

5. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fermented milk and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, stir-fry for 30 seconds, pour boiling water until the pork belly is over, add dried Chili and hawthorn, cover the lid and stew for 2 hours.
