Ingredients: 1 tomato, 180g mutton bones
Seasoning: 10g green onion, 10g ginger, 10g cooking wine, 10g white vinegar, 3g chicken powder, 2 salt g, 1 g white pepper
Steps:
1. Blanch the tomatoes, peel and dice them
2. Put water in the pot and add the ribs , ginger slices, green onions, cooking wine, blanch in water to remove the fishy smell and remove the bloody foam
