On April 2, 20 19, Zhejiang provincial government approved the establishment of Qiantang new district in Hangzhou, covering an area of 53 1.7 square kilometers. The scope of custody management includes two streets of Xiasha and Baiyang in Jianggan District, five streets of Hezhuang, Peng Yi, Wan Xin, Linjiang and Qianjin in Xiaoshan District, and other areas within the planning control of Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster (excluding Dangwan Town).
