There are so many kinds of Japanese soy sauce, such as hot dishes, cold dishes and raw dipping ... each kind of soy sauce has its own unique way of eating. It is said that in Japan, soy sauce is a decent gift, and it is really a condiment with super status. Moreover, Japanese soy sauce mostly adopts pure brewing method, without adding flavor agent. This method is time-consuming, laborious and costly, but it tastes more mellow and healthier, so everyone especially likes it. I cook my own food and love Kumamoto's Hamada soy sauce. It's super versatile, delicious and healthy. I highly recommend it ~
