The method of making nougat is as follows: 1. We first prepare all the ingredients and weigh them in advance.
2. Put butter in a non-stick pan and melt it over low heat.
3. Completely melted butter.
4. Pour marshmallows into the melted butter.
5. Still on low heat, melt the marshmallows until they melt to the extent shown in the picture. I think soft and hard are appropriate.
6. Then add milk powder and marshmallows and mix until even.
7. Roast the chopped peanuts in advance. When making nougat, put it in the oven at 100 degrees in advance and bake it for 5 minutes. In order to heat it up, it can better blend with the marshmallows.
8. Pour the marshmallows mixed with milk powder on top of the heated peanuts.
9. Mix it all while it is hot and knead it evenly, press it into the nougat mold plate and flatten it.
10. After sorting out the shape, cut it into sugar cubes of the size you want.
