Here also produces a kind of precious rice-"Babao Rice", which is Gong Mi who paid tribute to the imperial court. Nalang wine is a local characteristic wine produced with Babao and rice as raw materials, Nalang spring water as brewing water, and Rhizopus mother pure culture Xiaoqu as saccharifying starter.
4. "Lang will get drunk if he goes astray, but quantity is better than wine." This is a poem by Chen Zanmei, a juren in Qing Dynasty. According to legend, when Song Xiang, the teacher of Daoguang (Guangdong Jiazhou Jinshi,191820), was appointed as the magistrate of Guangnan, Daoguang missed his teacher and prepared famous dishes and wines that the teacher loved to eat for Song Xiang. When Song Xiang knew about it, he wrote to Daoguang and said, "I accepted a famous dish. There is that kind of famous wine in Guangnan."
