Fujian specialty: Nansheng Mazao

Fujian specialty hometown of overseas Chinese is peaceful and beautiful, with unique folk customs and rich products. Nansheng Mazao is made of superior glutinous rice, horny brown taro, white hemp, white sugar, maltose and peanut oil. It is refined in three steps. First, glutinous rice and horny brown taro are processed into Mazao embryo (that is, Mazao heart), then fried with peanuts, and then mixed with white hemp as jujube cake.
