Prepare ingredients:
Ingredients: 250g beef, 400g white radish.
Accessories: 20g ginger, 20g onion, 0/0g chive/kloc-,2g pepper, 30g cooking wine, 3g chicken essence, 8g salt and 2 star anise.
Method steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients first; Cut beef ribs into 3cm cubes, radish into 2cm cubes, onion and ginger slices.
2. Add water to the pot and blanch the beef.

5. Put oil in another pan, add 15g onion, 15g ginger and 2 star anise till fragrant, add 250g beef and stir fry.
6. Add 30 grams of cooking wine to remove fishy smell, 8 grams of salt to taste, 3 grams of chicken essence to refresh, add appropriate amount of water to fill beef at least, stew 70% on low heat, and add 400 grams of radish to continue to stew until cooked.
7. Add 2 grams of pepper, take out the pot and sprinkle with shallots.
Tips:
1. Fried beef can remove the unpleasant smell.
2. blanch the radish to remove the smell of radish.
