It is the tomb of the Eastern King of the ancient Sulu Kingdom (ancient Philippines), recording the historical friendly exchanges between China and the Philippines.

In the fifteenth year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1417), three kings from the Sulu Islands traveled thousands of miles to visit China. Unfortunately, King Dong died of illness on his way back to China. Emperor Yongle was buried in Dezhou with royal honors. In the sixteenth year of Yongle (1418)

The mausoleum has a Ming Dynasty-style temple model. The round Tomb of the Eastern King is surrounded by green cypresses and green trees, which fully reflects the layout of the king's mausoleum with "the front hall and the back tomb, and the souls depend on each other."

There are Ming'en Hall, East and West side halls, and Shinto. On both sides of the Shinto, there are Wengzhong, Shishou, Huabiao, mosque, imperial stele building, prince (concubine) tomb, archway, etc.

Imperial Stele Tower: Located south of Huabiao and east of the Shinto, it consists of three parts: the forehead, the body, and the foot of the stele. The 685-character inscription on the body of the stele was written by Zhu Di, the founder of the Ming Dynasty, in the 16th year of Yongle.

In the inscription, Emperor Yongle praised the Eastern King of Sulu Kingdom and his visit.

Xing'en Hall: imitating the Ming Dynasty architecture, covering an area of ??130 square meters.

Hanging in the hall are the portraits of King Sulu and the "Schematic Map of the Location of the Sulu Kingdom" at that time.

Mosque and chapel: In the Ming Dynasty, in order to facilitate the religious activities of the descendants of the Eastern King (who believe in Islam), a mosque and chapel was built 108 meters southwest of the Tomb of the Eastern King. Now only the kiln hall retains its original appearance, and the others have been renovated. The kiln hall has been built into a square with a spire.

Dezhou Amusement Park: Located in the city center, it is located in the Xinhu Scenic Area of ??Dezhou, covering an area of ??100 acres. It was jointly built by Beijing Xisen Group and the Dezhou Municipal Government.
