Halal beef dumplings

How to make halal beef noodles
Beef cut into pieces and ready.
Prepare condiments
Two pieces of ginger, about 50g (one tael)
3 amomum villosum (0.5g), one piece of cold ginger (3.6g) )
One piece of Angelica dahurica (6g), one piece of grass buckle (3.4g)
Half buckle of meat (3.5g), one piece of cinnamon bark (3.3g)
2 small pieces of Sannai (1.1g), 5 to 7 cloves (0.5g) [more medicinal taste]
2 large pieces of bay leaves (0.8g), 5 to 7 aniseed (7.6g) )
Put oil, a little ginger, green onions, 1 aniseed wedge, and 3 tablespoons of soybean paste over low heat and stir-fry until fragrant.
After the sauce is fragrant, add the chopped beef cubes and stir-fry over high heat to prevent the bottom from burning. Be sure to stir-fry more!
Put in a little thirteen incense! Keep stirring!
Add light soy sauce (mainly for flavor enhancement)
Add dark soy sauce (mainly for coloring)
Continue to stir-fry until the water in the meat comes out portion and fishy smell until the fried beef is firm.
Put warm water over the beef pieces! (Hot water in the thermos)
