Step 1: Prepare the main materials needed, including: cabbage, tofu, onions, ginger, garlic, kelp, mushrooms, fungus, vermicelli and tofu skin, and of course meatballs. You can add more to this based on personal preference. There are a lot of ingredients, Lao Zhao likes these ingredients. When the ingredients are ready, you have to clean them up. Cut the tofu into cubes, cut the cabbage into cubes, soak the vermicelli, kelp and fungus in hot water, wash the mushrooms and tear them into strips, and slice the onions, ginger and garlic.
Step 2: Prepare a clean casserole and place the chopped cabbage on the bottom layer. It's about to be spread evenly.
Step 3: Then place the tofu on top of the cabbage.
