3. Dongtai Reflection (Eight Ancient Scenes): Dongtai Mountain is located in the east of present-day Liudong, adjacent to Panlong Twin Pagodas in the east and Liujiang River in the west.

According to the "Liuzhou County Chronicle": "Dongtai Mountain is located in the east of the city. One of its cliffs faces the river. It is said that a dragon's beard often floats on the water, also known as the Dragon's Beard Cliff." 5. Tianma Tengkong (Eight Ancient Scenes): The "Tianma" in Tianma Tengkong refers to Ma'anshan to the east of Xiaolongtan.

This mountain has majestic peaks, shaped like a saddle, with an altitude of 270 meters. It is the highest peak in the city. There are many places of interest on the mountain.

According to legend, Tieguai Li and Lu Dongbin, two of the Eight Immortals in ancient times, once played chess on the saddle. There are still footprints of the immortals on the mountain that are more than a foot long.

6. Eshan Waterfall (Eight Ancient Scenes): The details of this scenery can only be known from ancient books. Liu Hongdao, the general of the Song Dynasty, was demoted to Liuzhou because he was unjustly imprisoned by Yue Fei Fengbo Pavilion and wrote "Viewing the Eshan Waterfall"

: "Explore the wonders without fear of danger, push through the mist and climb to the top. Take a broad view of the waterfalls, and listen to the plain music on your pillow." It has left a precious cultural heritage for Eshan.

7. Longbi Huilan (Eight Ancient Scenic Spots): Longbi Mountain is located on the opposite bank of Youzhao Village on the outskirts of the city. It is named after its strange rocks with abrupt and dragon-shaped patterns, just like the scales of a dragon.

Liu Zongyuan once quarried stones here to make inkstones and gave them to his friend Liu Yuxi. Later, he went to Longbi Mountain to quarry stones and made a qin as a gift to his friend Wei Cigong.

8. Bifeng towering (eight ancient sceneries): Bifeng towering green is located in the Nangang Mountains of Xi'e Township on the outskirts of the city.

Among the peaks on the outskirts of the city, Wenbi is the highest peak, with an altitude of 419 meters and a base diameter of about 500 meters. The top of the peak can only accommodate two or three people. The top of the mountain is rounded at the bottom and looks like the crown of a pen.
