Welcome to Chinese version of Microsoft OneNote. I will show you how to use OneNote and how to insert and format tables in Microsoft OneNote.

Insert and format tables in OneNote to organize the information in your notes intuitively.

To create a table when you type Yes, press the right tab key to create a column.

To create the next row in the table, press? Return key.

You can also choose Insert-Table to create a table.

Select the number of rows and columns you want, and then click Insert.

Add some text to the table. When working with tables, the Table tab will appear on the ribbon. Select Table to further customize the table and insert or delete one or more rows.

Select a cell, and then choose Shading-Red to highlight it.

Select Sort to sort information in a specific order.
