Summer has arrived, and I have been thinking about various refreshing, appetizing and delicious fat-reducing meals recently. I want to lose weight but don’t want to treat myself badly. I also want to eat well when I am alone at home.
So I used 1 chicken leg, 1 cucumber, and 1 bowl of sauce to make myself a piece of plain chicken. I ate this plate by myself. It tasted great!

This dish is super simple to make and has low calories. It is especially suitable for those who are trying to lose weight. However, chicken skin is relatively high in calories, so it is recommended not to eat chicken skin when eating it.
Because the portion I made was for one person, I used a chicken leg. If it is for multiple people, you can use chicken legs or a whole three-yellow chicken.

Required ingredients: 1 chicken leg, 1 cucumber, 4 millet peppers (green and red), 4 cloves of garlic, 1 shallot, ginger powder, cooking wine, sesame oil, rice vinegar, light soy sauce; Recipe making process: 1. Preparation
