Step one:
First, prepare a big sweet potato, peel it, cut it into hob pieces and put it in the steamer. After the boiler starts steaming, it will be cooked in about 10 minutes. After the sweet potato is steamed, take it out and add two spoonfuls of white sugar and two spoonfuls of black sesame seeds, then pour in a little vegetable oil and press it into fine sweet potato paste with a spoon for later use.
Step two:
When steaming sweet potatoes, we will send some noodles. Prepare 300 grams of flour and add 4 grams of yeast and 3 grams of sugar. First, break up the yeast and sugar, then mix the dough with water, pour in water and stir until there is no dry flour. Knead the dough into smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and seal it for fermentation 1 hour.
Step 3:
After 1 hour, the dough has been fermented to twice its original size. When we open the dough, we can see that there are honeycomb eyes inside. Then sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board, take out the dough and knead it until it is exhausted. When the dough is smooth, knead it into long strips and cut it into 6 to 8 pieces. Then knead the dough round and smooth, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it again for 10 minutes, so that the cake will be more fluffy and soft.
Step 4:
10 minutes later, the flour paste has been distributed. We flatten it and roll it into a round cake about half a centimeter thick. After all rolled out, we put a proper amount of sweet potato stuffing on the bread, tighten the opening like buns, and then flatten it by hand to form a round cake blank.
Step five:
Bring the pan to a low heat and brush the vegetable oil evenly. After the oil is heated, put the cake blank in, cover it and bake for 2 minutes until the color around the cake changes and the bottom surface turns yellow slightly. Turn it over and bake it for two minutes, then turn it over when the other side is golden yellow. In this way, often turn over and bake for about 5 minutes until both sides of the cake are golden yellow. Stick the outside in a pan and bake it, then take it out and put it on a plate.
