Ingredients:
White fish, ginger, salt, wine, light soy sauce, sugar.
Method:
1. Wash the belly of the fish and cut it into three sections (the two of you can enjoy it three times after eating it);
2. Make an oblique cut on the fish and marinate it with a little ginger, salt and wine for 10 minutes;
3. Boil water in a pot, put the fish into the pot when the water boils. Steam over high heat for 8 minutes;
4. After the fish is steamed, pour off the excess water from the steamed fish;
5. Mix light soy sauce, sugar and cold boiled water into a bowl of juice and heat it 30 seconds, pour into the fish plate;
6. Sprinkle chopped green onion on the plate, heat oil and pour on the chopped green onion;
7. Serve.
