Agar 3g cold water 3l.
manufacturing method
1. Wash the nine-ripe hawthorn and remove the core.
2. Put agar into a bowl and soak it in boiling water for 2 hours.
3. Put the hawthorn, soaked agar and cold water into the pot, and cook over high fire until the hawthorn is rotten and the agar melts.
4. Mash the hawthorn into paste with a mortar, remove the seeds, add white sugar, stir evenly, and cook for 20-30 minutes on low heat.
5. Pour the cooked hawthorn sauce into a 3 ~ 4 cm thick plate while it is hot, and let it cool to form a hawthorn cake.
