To plant Indocalamus, we must first choose the planting place. It is best to be in a place with sunny leeward, sufficient sunshine, fertile and loose soil, deep sandy loam soil layer and good drainage. Remove weeds, bricks, tiles and other rubbish on the surface, and then turn over the ground to a depth of 50 cm.
2. Dig a hole
The length of the bamboo whip is generally 40 to 50 cm. According to the length of the bamboo whip, the hole is dug into a long strip with specifications of 60 cm long, 40 cm wide and 40 cm high, and the topsoil and subsoil are placed separately.
3. Applying base fertilizer
Apply about 5 kg of organic fertilizer to each tree hole, evenly spread a thin layer of organic fertilizer on the bottom of the tree hole, and then backfill the topsoil 10 cm, and mix the rest organic fertilizer with the remaining topsoil for later use.
4. Planting
Indocalamus is planted in winter and early spring, that is, between11-February. The planting density of Indocalamus is generally about 2,500 plants per hectare, with the row spacing of 2 m× 2 m, and the density of Magnolia officinalis with good site conditions is slightly sparse. If the trees of Magnolia Officinalis and Indocalamus Indocalamus are mixed for afforestation, the Indocalamus Indocalamus is 0/67 to 222 clumps per mu, and the row spacing between plants is 2m× 2m or 2m×1.5m..
5. Planting
Treat the roots to promote the rapid formation of new roots, put the bamboo seedlings into the holes, put the whip roots in the soil smoothly, then fill in the top soil with organic fertilizer, and then fill in the bottom soil. Bamboo is not easy to shoot when planted deeply, and it is easy to be blown down by the wind when it is too shallow. When the soil is buried to the original part of the bamboo seedling, the surrounding area should be trampled firmly, and the water should be covered with a layer of fine soil, which is about 3 cm higher than the original part of the bamboo seedling. It is dry and windy in spring. In addition to pouring enough water, water should be sprayed on the leaves in time to prevent the leaves from withering and falling off due to a large amount of water evaporation.
6. Mining and excavation
When digging bamboo whips, it is best to choose 1-2-year-old bamboo whips, which are robust, free from pests and diseases and have bright yellow. When digging, it is necessary to determine the direction of the bamboo whip, and then cut off the bamboo whip at a distance of 40-70 cm from the mother bamboo, as long as the length of 20-30 cm is cut off. It is also best to cut off the bamboo on the ground with scissors, as long as 3-5 leaves are left.
