The method of making pizza crust is as follows:
Ingredients: 400 grams of flour, 180 grams of milk (or water) (depending on the water absorption of the dough), 5 grams of yeast, 25 grams of sugar , 3 grams of salt, 25 grams of corn oil.
Steps:
1. Knead the dough and ferment until it doubles in size. As shown below.
2. Roll the proofed dough into round cakes of about 25cm. As shown below.
