Ingredients:

Method:

1. Clean the three-yellow chicken, cut it into pieces of about 4cm, add ginger slices, cooking wine, five-spice powder, salt (1 teaspoon, 5g), light soy sauce, and oyster sauce, mix well, and marinate It takes about 20 minutes to taste.

2. Soak the dried bamboo shoots in water until soft, rinse them, put them into a pot and cook for 15 minutes. After cooking, take them out, squeeze out the water and set aside.

3. Soak the fungus in warm water, remove the stems, clean, tear into equal-sized pieces by hand, drain and set aside.

4. Wash the green garlic and cut it into 4cm long sections.

5. Wash the dried mushrooms, soak them in warm water, remove the stems, drain and set aside. Don't pour away the water used to soak the mushrooms, set it aside to settle.
