Black Sesame Soup Dumplings are mainly made of black sesame, oil as filling, adding a little sugar, and the outside is rolled into a ball with glutinous rice flour, which is boiled and tastes sweet and savory, and it is a very classic soup dumpling.
Specific production method
Step one: prepare the ingredients. 280 grams of glutinous rice flour, boiling water. 100g of black sesame, 20g of sugar, 20g of lard.
Step 2: Put the black sesame seeds into a pot, stir-fry the flavor over low heat, then let it cool and set aside.
Step 3: Put the black sesame seeds and sugar into a grinder and beat to a fine powder. (You can also use a rolling pin to crush the black sesame seeds.)
Step 4: Add the lard to the black sesame seeds bit by bit, stirring well with each bit.
Step 5: Stir until all the lard is absorbed. (If you don't mind the lard, replace it with melted butter.)
Step 6: Start mixing the noodles. Slowly pour the warm water into the glutinous rice flour, stirring as you go.
Step 7: Knead the dough until it forms a smooth surface, then let the dough rest for 30 minutes or more.
Step 8: Knead the dough in your hands and shape it into a small bowl. Then add the black sesame filling into the center. Slowly fold in the dough and knead until smooth. (You can also add some crushed peanuts into the filling for a better flavor. Or just pack ready-made bean paste or jam. In any case, it's up to you.)
Step 9: Place the dumplings on a plate sprinkled with dry glutinous rice flour to avoid sticking.
Step 10: Cook the dumplings. Pour water into the pot, and when the water boils, put the dumplings into the pot one by one. After all the dumplings float, cook for 1-2 minutes more to serve. When eating, you can also sprinkle some sugar cinnamon, the flavor is more awesome.
