2. Stewed chicken with winter bamboo shoots. Ingredients: half a chicken, 250g winter bamboo shoots, a little ginger, onion and milk, two teaspoons of sesame oil, starch, soy sauce and about one teaspoon of sugar. Practice: Wash and chop fresh chicken, add a little soy sauce and starch, and soak in oil for later use. Shell the winter bamboo shoots, cook them in clear water, cut into pieces, and crush them in south milk. Saute ginger slices and onion slices, add milk, chicken nuggets and winter bamboo shoots, stir well, add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, about/kloc-0 teaspoon of sugar and a little sesame oil to taste, add water, bring to a boil, then transfer to a container and cook over low heat.
3. Braised winter bamboo shoots. Ingredients: bamboo shoots 5 10g, mushrooms 50g, pork brisket 300g, garlic 3 slices. Ingredients: soy sauce 1 tbsp, salt 1 2 tsp, sugar1tsp. Practice: the mushrooms are pedicled, soaked in water and dried. Cut the winter bamboo shoots into rolling blades, then boil them in boiling water for 5 minutes and then take them out. Cut the pork belly into large pieces and wash it. Heat oil, saute garlic, add pork brisket, bamboo shoots and mushrooms, soak well, add a little wine, add 3 cups of seasoning and water, simmer for 1 hour and serve.
