Jiashan Yellow Rice Wine: The largest single yellow rice wine production base in China is Jiashan Winery in Xitang, which is especially good at brewing. Steamed pork with lotus leaf powder: a traditional dish in ancient town, with unique flavor and crisp and waxy meat without greasy fragrance.
Bazhen cake: made of eight kinds of Chinese medicines. Eight steamed cakes in the authentic sense are no longer produced for sanitary reasons. (Authentic ones contain maggots)
Stinky tofu: a famous folk dish in the south of the Yangtze River. Many people like it. Now all the restaurants in the south of the Yangtze River call it "a thousand miles of fragrance".
June red: refers to the river crab produced in June of the lunar calendar. They are small, fragrant, with fat and thin shells, and blush when boiled in clear water. There is a saying that "if you are poor, you will not forget June Red".
