Composition:
3 kg of fresh garlic moss, 400 g of aged vinegar, 300 g of soy sauce, 20 g of salt, 40 g of sugar, a small amount of pepper, a small amount of star anise, a moderate amount of ginger and a small amount of high-alcohol liquor.
Exercise:
1, buy garlic moss, break the pedicle and clean it.

4. Pickled garlic moss is particularly tough. Put garlic moss in a glass jar and add ginger. If you like spicy food, you can put some millet spicy.
5. After the sweet and sour juice is completely cooled, pour it into the garlic moss. The amount of sweet and sour juice must not exceed garlic moss. Cover and seal the salt overnight.
