A bag of thousand-page tofu and one green and red chili pepper. Heat the cold oil in a pan, sauté the onions, garlic, and peppercorns, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry the red oil over low heat. Add phyllo tofu and stir-fry for half a minute. Add green and red pepper and stir-fry, add some oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar to enhance the flavor. Stir-fry for four to five minutes. Add chicken essence without adding salt. The sauce will have a salty taste. Stir evenly and serve.

Add green and red pepper and stir-fry. Add some oyster sauce, light soy sauce and sugar to enhance the flavor. Stir-fry for four to five minutes. Add chicken essence without salt. If the sauce has a salty taste, stir-fry. Mix well and serve.
