Oil-free crispy chicken wings
Steps:
1. Soak chicken wings in clear water to remove blood, and then use kitchen paper to absorb water after washing. Punch the hole with a hole piercer or toothpick.
2. One spoonful of cooking wine+two spoonfuls of light soy sauce+one spoonful of oyster sauce+a proper amount of pepper and salt, mix well and marinate for more than one hour.
3. Prepare egg white, starch and bread crumbs. Wrap the chicken wings with a layer of starch, a layer of egg liquid and a layer of bread crumbs.
4. Put the chicken wings into an air fryer, bake them at 18 degrees for 15 minutes, turn them over at 18 degrees for 5 minutes, and then turn them over at 2 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
