1. It usually takes more than 30 minutes.
2. Prepare shredded pork, snake beans, onions, red peppers, ginger and garlic.
3. Wash, cut and open the snake beans, remove the flesh and seeds and cut into shreds.
4. Cut the green and red peppers into shreds; cut the ginger into shreds and smash the garlic; mix the shredded pork with starch and salt.
5. Blanch the snake bean shreds in boiling water until they are eight times ripe.
6. Heat the oil in the pot, spread the shredded meat and scoop it up.
7. Sauté the ginger and garlic with the remaining oil in the pot until fragrant, add the blanched snake beans and stir-fry, add salt and pepper.
8. Pour in shredded pork and stir-fry evenly.
9. Add red pepper and onion and stir-fry evenly.
10. Taste whether the snake peas are cooked; season to taste and serve on a plate.
