Materials
Main ingredient: 200g corn, 100g pine nuts;

Frozen corn kernels are soaked with water to thaw. Cut the onion into small pieces, and the carrot into small pieces as well. Add less oil to the pan, pour the pine nuts in and saute them over low heat until they turn brown. Then throw the shallots and carrots into the pan as well.

Dilute the potato starch with water, and add some sugar to it.

Pour the diluted water starch into the pot, stir fry evenly, add a little bit of salt on the pot

Tips
Fry the pine nuts first until they turn brown and then served out, otherwise the pine nuts have been in the pot heating easy to paste. Just add the pine nuts at the end when you have fried the corn.
