Xining was cloudy on the 20th. From the 21st it started to rain and snow alternately, basically never stopped, and now (24th 8:50) it is still snowing heavily. The weather forecast says today is the last day of rain and snow, and tomorrow (25th) it won't stop, turning cloudy and sunny. Then several consecutive days of sunny skies.
