Ingredients:
80g barley, 50g cored lotus seeds, 10g tangerine peel, 150g winter melon, appropriate amount of rock sugar
Method:
< p>1. Peel and remove the flesh from the winter melon, wash and cut into small cubes and set aside.2. Wash the lotus seeds and barley and soak them in water for 2 hours in advance.
3. Put the lotus seeds and barley into a casserole and add enough water.
4. Add the washed tangerine peel, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam on the surface, then reduce to low heat and cook until barley and lotus seeds are soft.
5. Add diced winter melon.
6. Add rock sugar and cook until the winter melon is soft. Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
