Treatment of metrorrhagia (uterine bleeding)
The metrorrhagia in traditional Chinese medicine is called uterine bleeding (functional uterine bleeding) in western medicine, which means that menstrual blood is not stopped or dripping endlessly. If the force is urgent and the amount of bleeding is large, it is called "collapse"; If the onset is slow, the amount of bleeding is small and the duration is long, it is called "leakage".

One: Teacher Wang Xingfu's metrorrhagia (western medicine uterine bleeding) prescription

Radix Astragali 30g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 30g, Radix Rehmanniae 30g, Frosted Mulberry Leaves 30g, panax pseudo-ginseng 9g (which can be replaced by Yunnan Baiyao Capsule now), Radix Sangusorbae 60g, Rhizoma Osmundae 60g, Radix Pulsatillae 60g, Cortex Mori 30g, Herba Leonuri 120g,

When bleeding is serious, adding 30g of Radix Ginseng Rubra and 30g of Plastrum Testudinis for many years has a curative effect of over 90%.

Experience of Prescription and Syndrome: This prescription comes from the book Fu Qingzhu Gynecology, which I saw in my early years when I was reading Medical Enthusiasm, but I didn't pay attention to it. What attracted my attention was Mr. Yu Guojun, a famous doctor in Leshan, Sichuan, who repeatedly published articles recommending this prescription for treating metrorrhagia and leakage, and said it was an efficient and specialized prescription. Therefore, I began to verify this prescription in clinical practice.

From the results of practice, it is ok and basically efficient for mild uterine bleeding, but it is not satisfactory for severe deficiency syndrome. After reading the article "Sanguisorba Guanzhong Pulsatilla Decoction for metrorrhagia and leakage" written by Zhang Zhiyuan, a famous Shandong doctor, I felt that the effect was also very good, so I thought I could use both of them together.

While reading "Li Fengxiang Clinical Experience Collection", I found the prescription for treating uterine bleeding: motherwort 120g, angelica 12g, radix paeoniae alba 9g, licorice 6g and radix aucklandiae 3g. According to the cloud, it has been used repeatedly, and its curative effect is better than the general so-called blood-inducing and blood-nourishing drugs. At this point, starting from the idea of concentrating forces and fighting annihilation, combining the three parties together and adding and subtracting drugs according to the principle that young people are hot, middle-aged people are stagnant and old people are weak, it has become my own secret recipe when treating metrorrhagia. It is now published to the public, hoping to be used by the same people.

Second, you can choose Chinese patent medicine: Gongxueting Granule or Gongxuening Capsule.

The difference between Gongxueting and Gongxuening lies in their different indications.

Uterine blood stasis is used to tonify spleen and kidney, activate blood stasis and stop bleeding, and is often used to treat menorrhagia caused by deficiency of both spleen and kidney, qi deficiency and blood stasis.

Gongxuening has the functions of cooling blood, arresting astringency and stopping bleeding, and is mainly used for bleeding caused by blood heat, such as metrorrhagia, menorrhagia, postpartum and post-abortion uterine contraction bleeding. Functional uterine bleeding belongs to blood heat syndrome.

Both of them belong to Chinese patent medicines. After diagnosis and syndrome differentiation by doctors, the cause of bleeding should be found out and the corresponding drugs should be reasonably selected for treatment according to the individual's specific condition. If there are abnormal bleeding symptoms, it is best to seek medical advice in time, and it is not recommended to use drugs blindly.
