How to insert a row every other row in Excel?
1. Open the required excel file.

2. After opening, insert blank lines every other line in the worksheet below.

3. Insert the ascending number into the blank area behind the current worksheet cell, and then copy and paste it into the blank area below.

4. Then select the data area, and then click the sorting and filtering options.

5. Select the custom sorting option from the pop-up menu.

6. In the pop-up page, use the column whose serial number just appears in ascending order, and then click OK.

7. You can see that a blank line has been inserted in the page.
