No matter where you are, elbow is the main dish at the banquet, but the taste of the two kinds of dishes is different, so you need to distinguish them carefully when buying.
1. Different appearance. The pig's front elbow is in the shape of a regular cone; the pig's back elbow is shaped like a semi-truncated cone, with one end thick and the other thin. The pork elbow is more beautiful and regular.
