80 grams of minced meat.
1 dried mushrooms.
1 spicy millet.
1 root onion.
A little starch.
1.5 spoon Haitian soy sauce.

first step
Soak mushrooms in advance (leave mushroom water) and cut into pieces for later use.
Second step
Add diced mushrooms/minced garlic/a little salt/soy sauce/half a spoonful of cooking oil into minced meat and stir well.
Third step
Put a little oil (olive oil to reduce fat ~) in the wok, add minced meat to stir fry when it is 70% hot, add minced garlic and pepper to stir fry, and then add half a bowl of mushroom water to boil.
Fourth step
Slice the tender tofu (about 2*2cm) and gently pour it into the pot.
