2 egg yolks, 50g of powdered sugar, 20g of corn starch, 250g of whole milk and a few drops of vanilla extract. Separate the yolk from 2 eggs into a clean bowl without water or oil, and add 50 grams of powdered sugar. Stir well with a manual eggbeater, and the egg yolk liquid becomes thick after stirring. Add 20 grams of corn starch, and continue to stir by hand. Add milk in 4~5 times and stir well. After each addition, add milk and stir well.
After all the milk is added, drop a few drops of vanilla extract to remove the fishy smell of eggs. The egg yolk paste should be sieved to remove the small particles inside, otherwise it will become small pimples when heated, which will affect the taste. Put the egg and milk liquid into a small milk pot, simmer slowly with a small fire, the smallest circle of the gas stove, and keep stirring to avoid the egg and milk liquid from caking.
Squat the small milk pot into the cold water basin, and continue stirring to cool the egg-milk paste, so as to avoid crust on the surface of the egg-milk paste. After thoroughly cooling, put it into a container and store it in the refrigerator. The homemade food does not contain any additives and cannot be stored for a long time. It is best to eat it now.
