2. Preparation of nutrient soil: Generally, nutrient soil of Saussurea involucrata in Tianshan Mountain is prepared by evenly mixing humus soil, fine medium sand and decomposed organic fertilizer according to the ratio of 6: 2: 2. After disinfection, impurities and lumps in the nutrient soil are screened out, and the ph value of the nutrient soil is 5.5-7.5.
3. Sowing: The soil temperature of Saussurea involucrata seed germination must be controlled between 20℃ and 26℃, which is beneficial to seedling emergence. The saturated water content of soil should be about 60%, and the seeds of Saussurea involucrata should be laid flat in the hole, and the thickness of covering soil is 0.8 cm ~ 1 cm, which usually takes about 8 days to emerge.
4. Seedling transplanting: When the Saussurea involucrata seedlings grow to 5 cm ~ 6 cm, they can be transplanted, transplanted into flowerpots or fields, and applied with appropriate fertilizers. It is best to transplant seedlings on cloudy days or after rain, which is more conducive to the survival of seedlings.
