How to grill chicken wing roots
1. Wash the chicken wing roots and poke some holes with a fork or toothpick for easy marinating.
2. Add a spoonful of cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, grilled wing ingredients, put on gloves and mix well. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it will be, at least 2 hours.
3. When baking, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place on a grill rack.
4. Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill.
5. Place the baking sheet into the middle and lower racks of the oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about half an hour.
6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes. When you see the surface is a little brown, take out the baking pan and turn the chicken wings one by one.
7. Put it in the oven again and continue baking until the skin on the other side is also slightly burnt, can be easily pierced with chopsticks when taken out, and there is no more juice flowing out. If there is still juice coming out, just put it back in the oven and bake for a few more minutes.
Cooking Tips
1. Place tin foil on the baking sheet to catch the oil from baking and make cleaning easier.
2. The oven temperature and time are adjusted according to your own oven. This is not as demanding as baking cakes and breads. It doesn't matter if you take it out and turn it over in the middle, as long as you don't leave the oven door open for a long time, which consumes electricity.
3. The chicken wing roots need to be marinated for a long time to get the flavor. It is best to poke some holes. Grilled wing ingredients are sold in supermarkets.
