1. Wash the pork and cook it in a pot until it is eighty or nine times cooked, remove and let cool
2. Cut into thin slices; peel and wash the garlic seeds and slice them
3. Wash and cut the leeks into sections, drain the water
4. Pour oil into the hot pan, add garlic seeds and pork and stir-fry until fragrant
5. Add the leeks and stir-fry evenly over high heat
6. Add salt and stir-fry evenly
7. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly
8. Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
9 . Remove from the pot and serve on a plate
10. Enjoy slowly
