Curry Minced Pork and Egg Rice
Ingredients: half onion, minced pork, 1/4 curry cube
Method:
1. Saute the diced onions until fragrant, then add the minced meat and stir-fry until cooked
2. Add the curry cubes and half a bowl of water to a boil, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and 1 spoon of light soy sauce, and cook Pour out the curry minced meat and set aside
3. Stir the eggs and pour them into the pan. Spread the curry minced meat on it. Use a spatula on both sides to let the egg liquid flow out and cook over low heat
( If you like it raw, use sterile eggs. When the egg liquid is cooked, turn off the heat and simmer with the lid on.)
4. Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving, and spread the smooth eggs on top of the rice
