My own experience for your reference:
The next day, if you fart, drink some thin rice soup, and pay attention to fart before drinking. Farting means that the intestines wake up and start working.
On the third day, eat some porridge and cook it. Although it tastes bad, bear with it, less and more times.
On the fourth day, eat porridge and order food, preferably the kind with many leaves, and don't eat too much. Eat some fruits, grapes and bananas, not hard ones.
You can eat meat on the fifth day, but don't be too full. Eat more times and drink more fish soup.
On the sixth day, if there is no discomfort, ask to leave the hospital.
Pay attention to self-cultivation after discharge and don't rush to work. If the work is light, you can go to work in five days, if it is heavy, it will take a while.
I'm doing minimally invasive surgery. If you do it, it should take longer than me.
For reference only, ask the doctor.
