Practice:
1. First, wash the shrimps, remove the shrimp intestines and cut them into small pieces;
2. Peel the horseshoe, put it in a plastic bag, pat it horizontally with a knife a few times, and then chop it up with the back of the knife; Put the horseshoe in a plastic bag, and when it is broken, the horseshoe will not fly everywhere.
3. Put the minced pork, shrimp and horseshoe together in a container, add eggs, and release the soy sauce, sugar, chicken powder and cooking wine;
4. Then add the raw flour and sesame oil, you can put a little water, and use chopsticks to stir evenly in the same direction to form a filling;
5. The next step is to wrap wonton: take a piece of wonton skin, put a proper amount of stuffing in the center, spread some water around the stuffing, fold it in half, glue the wonton skin by hand, and then squeeze the dough with a tiger's mouth in a fishtail style;
6. Boil the water in the pot. After putting the wonton in, immediately stir it with chopsticks. After boiling, cook it for 2-3 minutes. When the wonton floats to the surface, it means it is cooked.
7. Put it in a bowl, pour in the boiled broth and put in the cooked vegetables, sprinkle with onion and sesame oil.
