Material preparation: 700g trotters, 0/50g soybeans/kloc-,a little onion, ginger and garlic, salt, sweet noodle sauce, fermented bean curd, cooking wine, aniseed and fragrant leaves.
1. Wash the soybeans and trotters first, and blanch the trotters in a pot. Blanch, remove and drain for later use.
2. After the trotters are put into the pressure cooker, add the sweet noodle sauce, fermented bean curd and cooking wine.
