Step 1
Lean pork, chops boneless. For the convenience of the children to eat, so I remove the bones of the chops, of course, if you do not want to trouble you can also keep the bones, but be careful when you eat oh!
Step 2
Marinate with salt, cornstarch and cooking wine for about half an hour.
Step 3
During the marinating period, beat the eggs, add a little white pepper in the egg mixture to improve the taste of the meat. Bread crumbs on a plate.
Step 4
After half an hour, the meat strips are coated with the egg mixture, then with breadcrumbs, and put into the frying pan. Keep an eye on the heat at this point and turn the meat strips slightly with chopsticks until golden brown, place in an empty pot on the side.
Step 5
After all the meat is fried, leave a little oil in the pan, add the chopped green onion, then the remaining breadcrumbs (so as not to waste them) and stir-fry, and if you like it spicy, add the red bell pepper, stir-frying it together until it has a good flavor.
Step 6
The final step is to add the strips of fried meat to the pan again and stir-fry them together. You can sprinkle cumin powder or black pepper, remove from the pan, plate, insert the small flag you made earlier, and a kid's favorite pepper and salt meat strips are ready!
Tips
The chops are boneless, according to personal preference.
Add cumin and black pepper to taste.
