Main ingredients: 350g pork liver, 150g celery.
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of vinegar, appropriate amount of sugar, appropriate amount of MSG, appropriate amount of white wine, appropriate amount of chili pepper, appropriate amount of water starch.
How to stir-fry pork liver with celery
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Chop onion, ginger, garlic, and pepper into small pieces and set aside.
3. Cut the pork liver into slices.
4. Put it into a bowl, add refined salt and MSG.
5. Rice wine (important) to remove fishy smell.
6. Pour in water starch and mix well.
7. Pour water into the pot, bring it to a boil, and scald the pork liver until it is 6 layers cooked.
8. Soak in cold water, remove and set aside.
9. Take a small bowl and add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and MSG. Add then add water starch and mix well and set aside.
10. Add oil to the pot, when it is 40% or 50% cooked, stir-fry the onions, ginger, garlic and chili until fragrant.
11. Pour in the pork liver and stir-fry.
12. Add celery. (The heat must be controlled well and must not be fried too long.)
