Homemade shrimp paste making method:
Material preparation: 500g shrimp, 100g salt, 50ml water, basin, sealed container, cooking machine.
The first step: wash the fresh shrimp and set aside.
Step 2: Put 500g fresh shrimp, 100g salt into the cooking machine (the ratio of shrimp and salt is 5:1).
Step 3: Break the shrimp into paste with its cooking machine.
Step 4: Pour the shrimp paste, 50ml of water into a basin and stir with chopsticks.
Step 5: Then marinate the shrimp paste in an airtight container for 15 days.
