Macaroni 200g
Broccoli, one-third
Ham, 4 slices
Onion, one-fourth
Carrot, one-half
Pepper, some
Salt
Method of Stir-Fry Macaroni with Seasonal Vegetables ?
Cook the macaroni in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then pull it out and run it under cool water. It will be more elastic!
Break the broccoli into small pieces
Dice the onion, ham and carrot
Boil the broccoli and carrot in boiling water.
A little oil, when the pan is hot, add the onion and sauté. (The onions will be more flavorful if they are sautéed first.) Later, add the macaroni and stir-fry, and finally add the seasonal vegetables to the pan with a good pinch of salt and pepper.
And finally, serve!

Salt should be moderate, mine was a bit salty.
