1: First, prepare all the ingredients to be used and put them together. I use jiaozi flour or corn flour. 2. Sift a small amount of elm money through a sieve, and screen out the black spots. Because the dosage is too large, I won't pull out the stalks of elm money one by one, but I have to screen out the black spots inside, and also take a look at the sundries and pick them out and throw them away. 3: Wash the sieved elm for several times and then control the moisture with a sieve. It doesn't need to be particularly dry, just bring some water. 4: Put the dried elm in a big pot and then add 3 grams of salt and mix well. 5: Then add 20 grams of corn oil and mix well. Adding some oil can make the steamed elm easier to pull out. 6: Add about150g flour and mix well. The amount of flour added should be determined according to the humidity of the elm, not like mine. 7: finally, mix well. That's it. Every piece of elm should be glued with flour. Put the mixed elm in a steamer covered with drawer cloth. Add some water to the steamer. After boiling, put the steamer on it, cover it and steam for ten minutes. 8: After steaming, use a shovel to spread the glutinous rice while it is hot. Put the chopped green onion and garlic in a bowl. Then add 25 grams of soy sauce, 15 grams of oyster sauce and 20 grams of vinegar and mix well to make juice. Steamed glutinous rice is put into a plate or bowl, and poured with juice. If you like spicy food, pour some Chili oil and mix well before eating.
