Ingredients:
Main Ingredients: rice 1 measuring cup (about 140g)
Ingredients: 100g lean pork, 2 skinny eggs , 1 small piece of ginger, 1 scallion
Seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil (3ml), 1 teaspoon of salt
Making Procedure
Method 1
1. Shell the skinny eggs and slice each one into an equal number of 8 petals and set aside.
2, rice washed and mixed with a little oil.
3, ginger washed and shredded, scallions washed and cut into scallions, cilantro chopped.
4, lean pork wash and drain, with 3 tsp salt marinade 3 hours to taste, and then into the steamer for 20 minutes to remove the slices.
