Materials:
-1 piece of ginger
-1 packet of black tea
-5 pcs of red dates
-1000 ml of water
Steps:
1. Cut the ginger into julienne pieces, and use the back of a knife to pat the red dates.
2. Add water to a saucepan and add ginger and red dates to the water.
3. Boil the water in the pot and add the black tea.
4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer in the pot for about 10 minutes.
5. Add some honey or lemon juice to the pot and sugar to your taste.
6. Strain the juice through a strainer. When you drink the soup, add a slice of lemon or a few mint leaves for extra flavor.
Note:
- It is recommended to drink 2 to 3 cups a day without overdoing it.
- Ginger black tea with dates does not completely lose weight, but also requires adherence to proper diet and exercise.
