Simple ice cream
Ingredients: milk, eggs, sugar
Production process:
Simple ice cream
1 . First beat 4 egg yolks in the pot (as long as they are yellow and not white), add 100 grams of sugar, and stir in one direction. Stir for 5 minutes.
2. Bring 500 grams of pure milk to a boil and pour it into the beaten egg batter. Turn on a low heat, (keep it at 70 degrees, don't turn it on) and stir constantly.
3. Place in the refrigerator to freeze, stirring constantly in between.
